Thanks to his previous work experience as a facilitator, Mr. Dileep M started his corporate service firm Right Track Corporate Service. The main aim of creating the company was to provide Human resources to the corporate world. He also started the Facility management service, including Housekeeping service featuring Soft service, Security Service, besides ending maintenance services.
As per Mr. Dileep M, their current strength is to deliver the Quality service that they had promised to the client with agreed TAT as being an HR they wish to connect with the people easily. The company has participated in at least 1000 job fairs from which he collected a vast candidate database. The USP of the company is a massive workforce force. Hence, if any clients have any issues, the management takes action in no time and provides a solution within the stipulated timeframe. Bright future goals for years to come:
The company wants to have a team of 5000 employees by 2025, and Right Track Corporate Services plans to become a PAN India for a service provider. Additionally, they aim to collaborate with both central and state governments for conducting job fairs. Hailing from a small town near Hassan, Karnataka, he had spent a large part of his formative years where English medium schools were non-existent, and essential city benefits include electricity and infrastructure was not taken for granted. At his birthplace, even today, it is a privilege for kids to own a cycle, smartphone, iPad and laptop, to support their learning. As a kid, he was told that only three professions existed, including an engineer, doctor, or civil services; anything else was not valuable enough to pursue. Despite all the odds, he had dreamt of being different and aspired to become an actor without the support of his family and moved to Bangalore to explore his options in theatre. He belonged to a farmer’s family, so he had to work to sponsor his dreams, so bare at 17, he started working as a Housekeeping boy, but life wasn’t always so rosy. His parents weren’t financially sound to sponsor his education in a good institute. So he had no option but to work as a Housekeeping boy & as a Security guard. Besides working, he also started working in an MNC company in the Human Resources function. Being a humble beginning, he was forced to think beyond and look at how he could help the rural youths to earn and simultaneously complete their education in cities.
Additionally, he was pretty noble, so he couldn’t resist and worked harder to build a successful career and start his venture, and that is how Right Track Corporate Services came into force, and he decided to wade through the mud. He began with initial savings of Rs.2Lakhs and the fantastic support from his wife Keerthi; the couple took the risk and ventured into creating employment opportunities for their rural youth.
